Seniors are some of my favorite subjects to photograph.

While some schools still insist on the blue background/girls in drapes/boys in suits senior portrait, thankfully, many more are embracing a more artistic and personally expressive way to debut as a young adult.   Today, seniors can create a sitting that totally reflects their personality and style … using musical instruments, sport uniforms, pets, best friends, and neat locations that show the world who they are.

Brooke is a beautiful young woman entering the 12th grade at Saratoga Springs High School.  I photographed her at her home in Greenfield … and as you can see from the images, the setting was perfect.  So is she, by the way, along with the rest of her family.

Congratulations, Brookie!  My favorite is the one of you standing with the road curving behind you.  I think it represents all the possibilities of the life ahead of you.  One journey is done, another one about to begin.  Love you!!!
